I think informed consent solves a lot of that. A culture of informed consent across the board would be helpful for everyone.
I think where wires get crossed is in regards to self-expression. I'm all for folks opting-out and making a stand for themselves, however that should not come at the expense of others self-expression, especially in queer spaces which are often the only safe spaces for queer sexual self-expression.
This makes sense. I have a filtered UV light (designed to give you the UVs without the skin damage) Sun tanning beds also work (but skin damage). And supplements are another option. The lack of sun/Vit D has huge effects on seasonal depression.
This is brilliant. I did something similar, but it was from the perspective of how child that has necromancy can see certain kinds of vampire/dhampir auras. AKA - those infected or carriers of the virus, and are still alive have "sparkles" in their auras.
