Try wearing a tan suit in DC in August.
Try wearing PANTYHOSE under that suit.
Had a customer in Charleston SC who was business formal even in summer. August meetings were fun 🥵💦
My portfolio review meetings back in the day were always in DC in August, sometimes twice depending on the cruelty of the funding agencies.
Wearing suits in DC is the absolute worst and is a strong contender for why this lawyer now works at startups in the PNW 😅 (although I do miss non-August DC a lot & don’t get to visit often enough)
It can always get worse... try it in Florida! 🙀
