Yeye! It’s a bit of a learning curve but it’s important to be nice to yourself about it while you’re getting used to it! Dehydration or hunger might result in the headaches so hopefully that gets better for you too

Oh also HYDRATION IS IMPORTANT!! Vyvanse can make you dehydrated if you don’t drink enough water. For me it makes me sweat a lot more easily

Again tho this is also me being on these meds for years and working to build up these habits. What used to be super daunting and give me severe executive dysfunction now just feels like part of the day to day. Just gotta be patient with yourself while you learn how your mind works on the meds

A lot of the times I find myself do a couple little productive things and feel good about it enough to want to keep doing more and I can direct that momentum towards my actual task or it becomes a “okay what CAN we get done today?” If I got nothing planned

I know part of the problem you’re having is stressing about the productivity. Sometimes what helps me is just kinda picking at things. Not really committing to a whole binge of deep cleaning if I gotta clean but like throwing out little bits of trash or taking a dirty cup to the sink/dishwasher

And I usually need to make sure what I PLAN to do for the day on my meds I at least attempt to start or do some productive things while the meds are kicking in. If they kick in while I’m playing video games, I’m stuck playing video games that day lol

I do notice I have a much harder time sleeping on it though. I gotta take at 11:30 at the latest or I’m gonna be up til 2 or 3 in the morning. If I don’t do anything to tire myself out on my days off work I find it even harder to sleep too

That was the dose I started on too and my new doctor made me start at 10 and work my way back up when I got back on it after an Unmedicated gap It took me about a week or two for side effects to settle down any time I took breaks taking it and had to get used to it again

Curious what dose you’re on and how long you’ve been on it? I’ve been on Vyvanse since 2016 on every dose between 10mg and 40mg
