There are LC symptom management tools, but that is distinct from mitigation tools, and that's CERTAINLY not equivalent to prophylactic measures. If someone says a vaccine "prevents long COVID," or a nasal spray "prevents COVID," they are misusing these terms and communicating erroneous info.

Adams essentially telling people on the subway that because lawbreakers are down there, riders have no choice but to accept the occasional shot in the head from police. The MTA should probably work that into its advertising.
