I do my walks mainly alone.. On a treadmill or on weird urban paths that take me next to a major thoroughfare. I load up a silly podcast and go. I feel like I'll accidental trip onto traffic if I go on a call during a walk!
The anxiety is getting worse. I haven't been running or walking. My meds feel ineffective. My doctor appointment is next week, and I feel like eating a hat.
I'm glad they're helping. They're my crutch too, I'd probably even be more of a mess without meds at least.
Everyone at work thinks I'm the most chill person, but little do they know I'm an anxious wreck

I jogged! For 22 minutes straight! It was a slow pace so my heart rate was relatively steady, and I'm feeling very proud of myself
