I'm glad they're helping. They're my crutch too, I'd probably even be more of a mess without meds at least.

I've recently stopped my meds (following my doctor's advice and guidelines, etc.) and it has been a journey Let's see if I can keep without them now that some peaks of stress have gone by Glad that you've found some support too. Keep it up
