I was just thinking of the haze on the train and didn't think of connecting the two.
we had a chlorine fire IN OUT BUILDING years ago. capacitor in the tokamak shorted and all the electrical conduits were PVC. The ventilation louvers on the roof didn't open so the smoke went BACK DOWN into the labs via fume hoods.
should have woken up after the first one who installed a snooze button in your fire alarms???
Grant Park area: hazy and smells like a swimming pool.

It's thick from ATL all the way to the eastern most part of Decatur. Oddly clear after that, but still smoldering at the site.
Shouldn't be from the fire, winds have been blowing east and away from the city
Definitely smelled the pool smell on my drive in from Gwinnett.
