Each week we have a ‘pocket of pedagogy’ on our staff newsletter. I would love to start signposting staff to podcasts, blogs, TED Talks, articles, etc. I have some ideas but I’d be really interested to hear what others have listened to, watched or read that has impacted your teaching.
Adam Boxer's blog is excellent but yeah, as others said I'd try and have some kind of link or small-steps building over time. I've seen firsthand that just sending out resources/ideas (no matter how amazing!) often doesn't have any impact as it isn't followed up on. achemicalorthodoxy.co.uk

This is one of my favourite ever Ted Talks by ex Principal Tristan Love, don’t think he’s in here. He talks about his school experiences and explains the differences between "Healthy Belonging" and "Unhealthy Belonging." www.youtube.com/watch?v=SxJd...

I'm guessing that @icpjones.bsky.social@nikkiark.bsky.social@daniwalley.bsky.social might have some experience of something like this.
📌 This is such a great idea! I'm getting so much content to digest just from the replies as well 👍
