Yes exactly
I think they need a camera out there. With a sign that says âsmile youâre on cameraâ That will give some people pause and any others can get a less vague letter
Very cute yes đĽ°
I suspect they donât live in the central areas of Oceanside or Carlsbad. Not saying thatâs a good thing.
I live in Oceanside just north of 78. My husband and I go into Carlsbad all the time as it is closer than downtown Oceanside. Heâs a huge fan of DeNaults and is sorry to see it go. I hope theyâll relocate. I agree there are far too few affordable housing options.
Do you live in Carlsbad?
Very low income is defined as $53,050/yr. Thatâs over $20,000 more than someone making $16/hr who falls into âextremely low incomeâ. These amounts are for Carlsbad.
Will it have an affordable grocery store? A thrift store? Pharmacy? Hardware?
Quite a few local people use this shopping center to get groceries and pharmacy items. Itâs the only place in downtown Carlsbad for people who donât have a car. Itâs a pretty important resource that will be replaced by largely unaffordable units.
