Whatever winds up happening but especially if Trump loses, the reporters will suddenly dump their notebooks of anecdotes of Trump shitting himself, stories about panicked discussions between his kids and handlers etc. "everyone knew" it was worse than being reported (why wasn't it reported?)

A vote for Trump is a vote for President Vance.

This is common in sports reporting as well. As soon as someone is traded or the season ends badly for a team, reporters unload story after story about behind the scenes chaos. You could have told us this last week, but you were worried about access.

In this scenario there will be a lot of open talk about age/health being a mitigating factor for Trump's sentencing in his various trials.

One simple thing to tell these reporters and editors: You're showing your ass, Maggie. Or Peter. Or Joe.

In the world where Kamala wins everyone will still be angry and unhappy because the journos will be showing their asses and the Right will be inventing wild conspiracy theories

Don't buy a single one of them. If desired get them from a library.

Same thing happened after Reagan. After years of jokes about how he wasn't all there, suddenly 'tell-all' media was letting us know we'd been right about that all along. It's disgusting.

This happens frequently in sports journalism. 1. There are a few rumors that a player/coach/executive is lazy/difficult/out of shape/other bad thing. 2. Most reporters won’t touch story for fear of losing “access”. 3. Team dumps player/coach/executive. 4. Stories abound, with “unnamed” sources.

"Tell-all books"...don't let them make money off of hidden facts they refused to share.
