It’s all pretty shocking. Surprised someone would put something so racist in print. Surprised that having done so she faced any professional consequences. Weird juxtaposition, but here we are.

I feel like there's probably at least one editor who signed off on that thing and should also lose their job. She wrote it, but other people had to have read it and not said "yikes, no, absolutely not."
