I have distraction issues, dunno if it's relevant. I forget things easily so I have to-do lists, Alexa reminders, phone reminders, a calendar, etc. It also helps me to force myself to keep a thing in one specific place instead of putting it wherever. Out of sight is literally out of mind for me.
I have been making use of my phone alarms for sure (setting them to read the alarm name aloud too). All the reminders/lists can get overwhelming tho 😅
