Don't let it tell it what to you, and vice versa. Let it "remind you" of things and just go with it. If you can't quite tell if you or it "thought of" the idea....you're on the right track.
After basically a year of doing AI data work, I'm finally at a point where I can say I'm actively using its suggestions in my daily life, with heavy modifications. The "it said X, which reminds me of Y, which makes me think I could try Z" is.....really remarkable.
