My visual aura migraines are always separate from the pain ones. I have no idea what this means, but they never happen together. Visual lasts about 20 min, pain version can go for a few days.
cringe take I guess but last night I couldn't sleep so I went outside and there was this gorgeous giant moon and I felt myself filling with a gentle energy and peace & now I wonder if we actually need moonlight the way we need sunlight but we just haven't figured that out yet
Ugh I'm sorry. Our culture cloaks this transition in so much stigma and fear.
