If Trump loses the election, he'll face punishment for his crimes. If he wins and becomes president again, he'll reject jury verdicts and stifle the remaining cases, breaking the legal system in the process. It shouldn't be that way, but it is. The 2024 election is an up-or-down vote on rule of law.
He wonāt stifle cases; heāll just ignore them and likely jail judges and juries if they convict him of anything. Trump himself will be the entirety of the legal system from then on if he wins.
I'd argue that he's already broken the legal system (not just with his own cases), but my fear is that if he wins, then it will be irreparable (if it isn't already)
lol please stop, I canāt take anymore āthe most important election of your lifetime ā horseshit
why would scotus behave any differently if he loses?
Me: This is the most important presidential election year in modern history Undecided Voter: What's a presidential election year?
And the stupid FOP still endorsed him
What has happened in the last four years that would cause you to believe the first sentence is true? All evidence thus far points to the contrary.
I don't get why everyone seems to normalize Trump shutting down the legal system if he wins. He's not supposed to be able to do that, but it's way easier now, when everyone already takes it for granted.
It really is an existential election at this point. Weāve all seen the crimes heās already committed in broad daylight. Imagine of what heāll be capable, when itās been proven that there will be no recourse.
