Day 22! Kraftbierwerkstatt - Der Schwarze Bock 6.2%ABV I was really excited about this one, it's a dark beer which is right up my alley, and on top of that its a rye beer which isn't very common. Appearance: Clear reddish brown color, with thin foam and poor head retention, gentle carbonation.

Aroma: Molasses, prunes, dark chocolate, almonds, slightly spicy, notes of cherry. Flavor: Molasses, roast, caramel, dried fruit, coffee, slight baking spice, rye. Has a long finish of rye spice and black coffee.
