Woke up 3 times due to nightmares last night. I don't have them often, but 3 in 1 night?! They were all rooted in past trauma, very vivid, and the feelings were real. To help, I rewrote the endings (suggested via: hms.harvard.edu/news-events/...). Feeling a bit better. But dang! Brain, WTH? 🧠😱

Working on a Light Brand Identity Audit and went rogue w/my standard list for review. Each audit's different, but these tangents can add pages to the final report. 😅 It's for an org doing incredible community work and I'm enjoying it. So... I'm okay with giving them a little bit extra. 😉
