If you help your friends progress, eventually you'll have successful friends who will be your assets. Then, you'll be surrounded by successful people whom you can be proud of and who can be proud of you. This has been the greatest experience in my life, and I deeply believe in it.

This also translates to your local community. When you help local nonprofits, volunteer organizations, businesses and your neighbors, everyone benefits.

100% agree. Same philosophy with my students. They’ll be the great and the brightest in the future, helping them fulfilling their potential will mean extending my own network of accomplished professionals I can rely on. There’s lots of good in caring.
