Disqualifying someone to hold an office of public trust for organizing a violent attack on our government does not deprive that person of life, liberty, or property.
Also, even if it did, the constitutional provision can't be unconstitutional? (Section 3 of the 14th Amendment being later in time than the 5th Amendment's due process clause and, well, the same instrument as the 14th Amendment's due process clause.)
Except for all of the property he would’ve been able to acquire through grifts that were dependent on his holding said office. Not that that’s a reason to stop his disqualification, but I bet he tries to make his lawyers argue something like that…
