Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina said on Sunday that he would not support a request from President Biden to package aid for Israel, Ukraine and Taiwan and funding for border security, even though he has endorsed U.S. spending for each of those purposes.
The South Carolina senator and 2024 presidential candidate said a “longer process” was needed to determine how much aid to send to Ukraine, while Israel demanded immediate attention.
Ukraine needs money to fight for its existence against one of the world's largest militaries. Israel wants the money to inflict collective punishment on people who they have assured have no means to meaningfully protect themselves. How on earth is the money for Israel more urgent?
Mainly because he is a totally partisan, self-serving a**hole.
1. Like ATACMS, and so many other items of matériel, Ukraine is doing the disposal work that those items were slated for in the U.S. 2. In addition, newly produced matériel is a great job creator in the U.S. Why does Biden not say it in simple terms any blue collar person can comprehend?

Disgusting behaviour .An embarrassment to the US.
