Wait, this doesn't happen now?! No fucking wonder tickets never get issued when someone files a 311 request. A uniformed officer doesn't give a shit about issuing a parking ticket. Just the most idiotic system we have.

Assigning a TEA might result in someone actually getting a ticket, the system is working as designed

The 311 app should add a simple follow-up- "was the situation you reported addressed?" At least that way the city could track fraudulent response reports. Without that, we are training people to not file 311 complaints.
