Given the more recent warning they've sent Twttr, it's a non-starter unkess he's OK wirh losing a whole continent of users & advertisers..
The report turns out to be junk. The £1bn estimate and other figures come from a survey of 73 non-doms and 42 tax advisers. There is no sign of any statistical analysis. It's "retweet for a better sample".
