It's not Ian that makes this storm scary for me... it was Irma. It is very hard to do major restorations when there are no light hit areas to pull resources from, which is what happened in the Irma restoration. I expect this to be similar, but possibly worse.

It is certainly tending towards that right now unfortunately. And then you have the rightists telling people to avoid FEMA and go non-comply which is definitely gonna make things worse given the demographics of the areas being hit.
