A quick visit to Horsted Park in Chatham to see how it is maturing. Was amazed quite how quiet it was on a Saturday morning, with no children in the play area and very few walking about

gable ended 2 storey brick homes with parking to front. Southern beech trees line the street
detail of Proctor and Matthews trademark brick patterning on house walls that adds character
green space and play area with silver birch trees and houses backing on and overlooking
a mews street with shared surface and lined by 2 storey mix of red brick and weatherboarded homes

One of the tests I use for vibrancy of a site is if I see more cats than people it is a bad sign.
