Rochester Riverside (Countryside/ Vistry) is a real change for the town. Being next to the station it could perhaps be denser in places but the variety works well with lots of people walking along the riverside. We need more of this...
Had a look at some recent housing in Medway. Rural scheme here at Cliffe Woods. 92 homes plus nursery and commercial by Esquire Developments. Very 'nice' and outclasses the suburban scheme down the road.

Dropped in on Caterham barracks yesterday, one of the earlier MoD sell offs for new housing. Brigade Square here appeared in Homes England predecessor English Partnerships' 2006 excellent parking design guide, What Works Where. (It is one way around the square). Good to see it in the flesh.
