I get what you mean although I don't read it as blaming people for getting diagnosed. More awareness and therefore more diagnosis is a factor. But yes, it is troubling that the system is not working. No idea where they get 3% from. I scarcely know anyone who isn't ND.

I think this will be an unpopular opinion. Sourdough bread is deeply inferior to any regular bread. Even a supermarket budget brand sliced white loaf tastes better than the finest sourdough. I don't care what you all think of me, although I suspect some of you agree and were just afraid to say it.
