Ok, really. We'd been expecting it since his first stroke, so it wasn't a total shock. I'd been told by his wife that I wasn't allowed to visit him at home a couple of months back, for a couple of reasons, so I wasn't expecting to see him alive again, and that came to pass.
Hi. I've been very bad on social media, generally recently. For those who remember - having been much improved, my Dad fell badly over the weekend and refused hospital treatment. 24 hours later, he was in poor shape and finally got an ambulance, but he passed away not long after arrival at A&E.
He should be discharged today. I'm not quite sure he's ready, but there's Covid on the ward, and stepmother is having none of that

Not been around much on any Socials. Dad is still in hospital and suffering another infection. The poor bugger is on his 3rd now. He was due to be released on Monday, but I suspect that'll be delayed. Thank you all for your good wishes 🥰
