Well, yes. But maybe Sub-tropical denizens can understand cold weather maybe *slightly* better than you and I could understand the heat and humidity that this continent provides. Some of my happiest childhood memories are of seeing huge snowflakes falling on a flat calm day.

Oh a fresh snow, especially early in the season… it’s hard to describe. As a child you’re sledding or older you’re at a fireplace with a sweater and a hot chocolate and it’s cozy and calming in a weird way.
