Sadly commissions are my only form of income, would like to have a subscription method, but I need it be compatible with Paypal and at the same time that allows me to submit NSFW content without problem, my last option would be pixiv, but i dislike how the site works.

I use SubscribeStar for my writing, I don't see why your artwork wouldn't be allowed there? I suppose it's not quite compatible with Paypal but it should be an option. It's frustrating having limited options but my point here isn't about quitting comms altogether either.
