New gas plants just keep on coming, defying expectations that their rapid growth was nearing an end.
Hospitals are using it for transcribing and I have to opt out every time. I feel guilty because I feel like I am making their job harder, but I also want to bring awareness and make my opinion heard.
It's why I recommend companies use open source LLMs on their own hardware instead of massive server farms. Did it for one client and the footprint isn't much worse than their existing server load.
