Looks interesting! I totally agree with the basic idea that aberrations in planning is a critical piece of anxiety. It’s not clear to me how exactly all these pieces come together to explain/produce anxiety in your framework though. Chris Gagne and Sam Zorowitz have some concrete ideas here.
