Here’s a gift link for my overview of Trump’s life prior to leaving office. Share with new voters/teens in your life! wapo.st/3YTbvi2
Voters newly eligible to cast a ballot in November were 10 when Trump was first elected. Here’s the background on the former president they might lack.
Don't forget Trump's shameful actions in Helsinki www.npr.org/2018/07/17/6...
Here was Trump passing on the opportunity to confront the Russian president about the attack on the 2016 election and hold him accountable — two things the administration had promised Trump would do.
I still can't help but feel bad for this "twisted puppy". Crappy home life, shitty father ... Mid-1970s "we" did deep drilling into "latch key kids" and ayup, those experiences "optimize for psychopathy".
well when you put it all in one place like that, he seems kinda bad
It's not coming up as a gift article for me. I've tried twice. Each time, it prompts me to log in or subscribe and wont' let me read it.
What a delightful trip down memory lane! Remember when Trump had COVID and debated Biden without telling anyone he was infected? What a hoot! I realize it's not important in the big scheme of things, but I wish you had included Trump staring at the eclipse without eye protection.
@pbump.com honest question, I'm dismayed by Wapo's bothsidesism, but love your columns and some others. Is continuing my subscription helping democracy die in the shade? How do I best support the good, but not the bad?
Critically important coverage. Thank you! It’s a shame this is rare. Trump’s and Harris’s extensive records should be the primary focus of every major news outlet. The candidates can handle the “vibes” part. It’s stupid so much coverage is wasted on it.
How is it that your (great) piece can admit with a straight face that Trump said there were fine people on the side of white nationalists and racists but Glenn Kessler can say that that fact is under dispute?
