Epistemic fluency is the capacity to work with multiple forms of knowledge & ways of knowing. It’s essential in inter-professional and interdisciplinary work.
As the Autism paper shows, it’s also needed in participatory research where people with lived experience of a condition or situation play a substantial role in a research study.
