Think I really really need to get back into therapy. im supposed to try going without it for a while to gain a sense of independence and self preservation but it’s not going very well. when things are bad I just spiral and go to Reddit to look for answers

at the same time I’m not sure I could afford the regular type of therapy I’d need. and they’ve revamped the govt supported program which fucks me over
