You know he was picked up from absolutely rocking a retro 1970s style disco club. We never saw him doing his Saturday night fever bit and that is a tragedy.

And I would have preferred Bones to spend the majority of the film in his disco gear stubbornly refusing to shave or wear a uniform because he didn't want to come back into space. I read somewhere he was actually meant to have been picked up from a farm. A disco farm apparently

"One officer is refusing to get in the transporter" gets read as "Bones is scared of the transporter still", but really he's just pissed off because he was out cruising for women at a 70s themed disco club and had just dropped an LSD tab.
