Complete lack of compassion. I always tried to manage staff and give time to do whatever they needed to get back to themselves. Fast forward to abysmal management of me post cancer treatment, (not allowed back/ no phased return) request for help when burnout hit, ignored - more monitoring though!!

Retired early with absolutely no regrets - but a good few years left in me - the LA was told where to put their offer of work 😂
