Following up Nidoran♀, the small round creature evolves into the tougher-looking Nidorina, with its sharper fangs, hefty, bluish body, and an overall look of a semi-bidepdal dinosaur compared to its previous mammalian form. It loses its forehead horn and gets a bit more angular overall.

Much like their previous form, they have a bunch of pointy barbs all over their body, but they're said to retract when nice and comfy in their burrows away from danger. They are usually docile, but retracted barbs mean they're very relaxed. The species is known to have caring and calm temperament.
