I received a work email from a university professor today, Saturday, at dinner. Geez I’m glad I’m not in a job with that tenure / tt publish or perish workload. Sure, I saw the sender and subject line but nope, not gonna click.

To be fair, I sent a number of work emails at random times today, including tonight, because I had to step away a couple of times during the week for /reasons/. I like being able to do some time-shifting at the margins, but I track my time so I know I'm not letting work consume my life. 🤷🏻‍♀️
