i don't know if i'll ever get used to not being hungry. it's so alien to be satiated with such relatively small amounts of food. understanding the hormonal mechanism behind my insulin resistance has been lifechanging

not having to feel the gaping maw of hunger as i lurch from 1500kj meal to 1500kj meal, eagerly trying to cram in as many kjs of sweet as my daily calorie count allows is.... fucking liberating
