I’ve seen people suggesting this is a pitch to seniors and, while it is in a way, the real target of this are their kids. They’re the ones who would otherwise have to shoulder the financial burden on their own and/or personally provide the care for their elderly parents themselves.

I 100% agree that if you really are invested in reaching the biggest possible audience, you should be looking at TikTok, not Twitter - which was ALWAYS a very niche social media platform compared to the other big players, in terms of total user base
