SCOTUS claimed it could not enjoin SB8 because the law could not be enforced by state officials. Yet, here we have the TX SG threatening doctors and hospitals with civil penalties under the law. 🤔

TX AG Ken Paxton threatens doctors with liability if they provide an abortion to a woman after a court just said she could get one - to save her life, health and fertility. (Her pregnancy is not viable.)
