I had a nasty Escherichia coli infection as a tween due to inadvertently swallowing stagnant water from a pipette. Raw water.
And another: Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica, serotype typhi.
Another microbe in "raw" water: Vibrio cholerae.
Shigella dysenteriae is one of those microbes that "raw" water is rich with.
