I really hate how the low fat craze of the 80s and 90s vilified avocados and healthy fats. Today, I am glad that I've unlearned all of the nutritional bullshit from that era. I'm not sure I could even hit my calorie target without them. Avocado toast with poached eggs is my go-to breakfast.
