Mozart was famously financially insecure, and survived to compose due to his patrons, like Gottfried van Swieten, who was vastly poorer than Musk or Bezos If Bezos or Musk wanted to become a patron of the arts, they could fund tens of thousands of modern potential Mozarts. They just don't want to.
