On 10 Oct, the #EmploymentTribunal holds a 2nd preliminary hearing into joining this claim with another one submitted by a QMUCU member. That hearing probably also addresses whether to stay the full hearing until after Ryanair v Morais, a case concerning blacklisting (Dec 2024 in Court of Appeal).
