I would like to thank the Nobel Prize committee for underlining the importance of my lab’s research. We use AI (Physics) to study post-transcriptional regulation (Medicine), in a large part by using protein language models (Chemistry) to predict RNA-binding protein targets.

Seems like methods to compute gene-gene similarity (for co-expression networks) would be relevant. There's a lot of work on that, Matt Weirauch did his entire thesis on that topic, e.g., onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/epdf/10.... Probably need to update the assumptions about observation noise
