The opening keynote was about change management, and it was really great! Learned a lot and got a lot of ideas. Now I'm waiting for a session about reducing bias in hiring to start. It's a big concern of mine, and idk how to mitigate it with my hiring managers.
This conference I'm at, hosted by my work's applicant tracking software company, is giving out literal duffle bags of swag. A stuffed bear, a tee shirt in my size, notepad and pen, a charging block (!), stickers, sunglasses, and a nice travel mug. It's the swaggiest conference I've ever gone to!
