If anyone's looking for a new life goal, I suggest doing your absolute best to live your life so as to avoid suing or being sued. You probably won't enjoy either. And someone like me is gonna have to slog through the discovery.
I mean, it's sort of a shame that automated discovery review will be able to easily filter out all the Alf dong, should someone here's skeet history get turned over in discovery.
I never want to do something that causes someone to say "Mike and his friends on Bluesky might help."
Old expression "I've only been ruined twice. Once when I lost a lawsuit. And once when I won one."
I sued the legislature. Not much discovery to worry about that wasn’t already public record. It was pretty clear they violated the state constitution three different ways. It was important, but disheartening.
what do you mean by "the discovery"? (argentinian lawyer over here)
I’ve tried so many times to instill this, yet my kids still constantly ask “can you sue him for that?” about EVERYTHING. (“Technically yes, but you wouldn’t want to,” is almost always the answer.)
But Shep, Mike. You wouldn't stop Shep from being great, would you?
My current is to live my life in such a way that @kathryntewson.bsky.social never makes a thread about my decisions and/or business ventures.
But IT'S SO MUCH FUN MIKE.
