Busy week! Delivering L and T assemblies to all years,CPL to staff on feedback & questioning AFL, attending our first High Impact Teaching session from Ambition, attending the Coventry Walkthrus conference and teaching my lessons, duties etc. I love my job but I’ll be glad of a lie in tomo 🥱🥱🥱

An excellent first session of High Impact Teaching led by @kayrimmington.bsky.social for Ambition , looking at Culture. A really positive buzz in the room, with staff already having a go at the ‘upstream’ behaviour management strategies.

A fantastic day - so well facilitated by the team. Lots of food for thought. It’s exciting!

Looking forward to my day at Warwick uni for the Coventry Walkthrus Project.

Great onboarding day with Ambition Institute. Ready for High Impact Teaching launch next week.

Our access is super patchy but what I’m most disappointed with is that ONLY chapter one is working fully. None of the others are interactive yet 😮 oh and half the team can’t get on despite active learn access working fine. It costs so much of our budget it’s depressing.

Any ideas from them on how to resolve these issues?
