The "problem" with Hatch Tales isn't that it's a bad game. It's that it took way too long to make—and isn't what Kickstarter backers were necessarily expecting. To you, someone who's like, "What's this?" You'll probably dig it, especially if you liked Xeodrifter. It runs way longer, but. 10/22.

I just claimed mine and the Expiration Date is listed as “None.” It’s like a “story reward” for the game with a cutscene that pops up as soon as you do it.

I bought a new phone & fancy doo-dads to make it TV-ready just to play FANTASIAN a few years ago. No regrets. I still consider it my favorite RPG of the past five years—and it has real competition! If you love early Final Fantasy & Uematsu's work, you owe it to yourselves to grab this on consoles.

If you've ever played Mutant Mudds, Xeodrifter, and Bomb Monkey on 3DS—it's by that guy. "Enhanced remake" of Chicken Wiggle on 3DS. All three of the aforementioned games are on Switch in the form of the Mutant Mudds Collection. Hatch Tales (finally) comes out at the end of this month.
The gaming historian in me is fascinated by the Game Freak leak. ...But the overwhelming feeling I have from All This™ is one of dread/sadness. Everything gained because of theft that exposes the personal information of employees, etc...it isn't "gained", really. The *consequences* will be worse.
I went down this exact rabbit hole when I learned Baby Felix Halloween existed, haha. But I never speculated like you! It really isn’t good. The Game Boy version of the Hudson NES game is one of my “white whales.” But I refuse to pay more than $50 for the cart, lmao.
